Quick Responses are a Gloo texting feature that use natural language processing to detect when people are asking about different topics related to your church.

When someone texts a question related to any of the Quick Response topics, Gloo will automatically text back the response you set up. Think of Quick Responses as "smart replies" to people's commonly asked questions.

Note that Quick Responses will not trigger for Explorers, since those conversations are usually highly sensitive and personal. Quick Responses will only trigger for a congregant who texts into your Gloo phone number and comes into the Messages tab.

To find Quick Responses, go to your Messaging menu and navigate to Automations -> Quick Responses.

Set up and edit your Quick Responses

  1. Click on any of the boxes to edit the response. Write any response you want a user to receive when they ask a question related to the topic. Need some inspiration? View our suggested responses at the bottom!

  2. Once you have your response set up, click Save.

Turn Quick Responses on and off

You can turn any of the Quick Responses on or off by simply switch the toggle button. The button will appear dark black when turned on, and light gray when the Quick Response is turned off.

Important: If you have a Quick Response turned off and someone texts in related to that topic, the user will receive the unresolved message response instead, assuming it is turned on in your Customizations. The message will also get flagged as unresolved for you to respond manually to in the Messages tab.

View Interactions on your Quick Responses
